CREO Well-being
CREO Well-being is a set of carefully designed assessments that evaluate psychosocial factors at work, focusing on how employees perceive their working conditions, work organization, and overall well-being..
Each assessment provides a detailed and objective analysis of strengths and areas for improvement across key psychosocial dimensions, supporting evidence-based decision-making and targeted organizational interventions.

CREO PFQ — Psychosocial Factors Questionnaire
Measures nine psychosocial risk factors.
Outcome: scores for each psychosocial dimension; identification of strengths and areas of concern (risk factors); comparative profiles between groups (e.g., teams, departments, or hierarchical levels); and an overall diagnostic picture of psychosocial working conditions based on employees’ perceptions.
